Assessing the Political Environment (Concurrent Session)
Accurately assessing the political environment is a critical task for public leaders, especially in times of change and conflict. This interactive workshop explores an approach for assessing the political environment to help public leaders increase their insights into the value they offer, obtaining the resources and authorization they need to deliver that value, and ensuring their organizations actually deliver that value.
Agile for Leadership (Concurrent Session)
Agile methodologies were born out of a need to perform in different and more effective ways than traditional IT. We will look at the various incarnations of Agile and how they are used. How do we plan, implement, and lead these agile teams. We will cover Kanban, SCRUM, and other hybrids that enable our teams to deliver more for our clients.
Enrichment Session : Multiple topics (9:00 AM-4:00 PM) (Concurrent Session)
