We invite you to attend the Georgia GMIS “Swinging for the Future” 2026 Spring Conference at the Columbus GA Convention & Trade Center!
Cert Trak is on hiatus and will return again at a future conference. Geek Trak will cover PowerShell Automation and Security with Microsoft Graph.

- Georgia GMIS awards and LGCIO certificates will be presented during the Wednesday reception (time TBA)
The Local Government Chief Information Officer program’s leadership curriculum will cover Motivation, Recognition and Keeping Score. On Tuesday the technical content focuses on Emergency Management, Doing Real Work with Agentic Workflows, Building Community through Data, and Active Shooter Training.
Georgia GMIS is pleased to once again offer The Good, The Bad and The Ugly Session on Monday afternoon. You can also look forward to the Enrichment session on Wednesday morning discussing Physical Security Assessments and Open Records & Records Retention.
Please note, Geek Trak will begin on Sunday.
Conference Registration Information
Early Bird Conference Fee Will Run From March 10 – March 29, 2026

Regular Conference Fee Will Run From March 30 – April 17, 2026

| Guest Ticket (Includes Tuesday Reception and Baseball Ticket) | $60.00* |
*Anyone bringing a guest or spouse must request and pay for a banquet ticket prior to their arrival at the conference.

2. Complete the fillable form available on the registration home page, email a copy to tiffanysmith@uga.edu, wait to receive an invoice, then print a copy of the invoice and mail with your check to the address listed on the invoice.

A block of rooms will be held at the hotel until March 30, 2026, or until all rooms have been reserved, whichever comes first. After this date, the hotel will make reservations at the prevailing room rate based on availability.
